Surveys

Surveys are often the best way to quickly self-assess or monitor progress toward your goals.  These techniques can be used both internally and externally.   Do you know how effective your relationships are?  When was the last time to actually asked people in ways that elicit honest and actionable responses?  Have you found the best ways to interact with the people around you?

We offer several survey options and other tools to our clients.  Most importantly we use these tools to gather aggregate data to help assess your organization and, when appropriate, compare you to other organizations in the region.  We can also offer tools to help improve team performance, or just to check how effectively you're working together.

Our first surveys are useful to monitor your progress toward organizational performance excellence.  We're also working to bring various diagnostic and informational survey resources on-line.  If you'd to give the progress surveys a try, feel free - they are at no cost and no obligation to you.  Once you have most of your organization take the survey, drop us an email at Survey@Horizon-Development.com and we'll send along a quick summary.
