Organizational Coaching helps you stretch to your potential.  Our "third-party view" and coaching sessions are designed to help your entire organization learn from itself, improve itself, and stay at the top of your game.  Organizational coaching is like looking in the mirror - having our expertise help you recognize how to improve your performance.

Executive Coaching

If you are a senior executive or a professional in a solo practice, you don't have the network of co-workers and colleagues to keep yourself focused and work through major issues.  That's where your coach comes in.  We meet with you at least twice a month, talk regularly and correspond often.  You'll get exercises to help you understand yourself and your organization better.  You'll get ideas to help guide your decisions as you move your organization forward.  We can't make decisions for you - you're the best expert for your own business.  We help you see with clarity, create a vision with consistency, and move yourself and your organization forward day-by-day.
