Beginning Baldrige

This unique and specialized program offers organizations of any size the opportunity to explore the organizational development and performance improvement force of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence without all of the cost and time of a full Application to an award program.

We use a combination of self-evaluation, interview, and survey techniques to introduce you and your senior team to the process and to provide you with a direct feedback report about your organization.  The next steps are up to you, but this process can successfully (and cost effectively) help you determine which path you would like to take on your Journey to Performance Excellence.

A short introduction to the process and a discussion with your senior leadership will begin the process.  You'll leave that session with a basic understanding of the process and an action plan for completing a short self-assessment.  The self-assessment will include a survey to be completed by your workforce.  A follow-up session will provide you with direct and personal feedback - an opportunity to see your organization through the eyes of an external expert.  You'll leave the follow-up session with a greater appreciation of your strengths and your opportunities for improvement - and an action plan that YOU have developed to target your next steps.
