Mr. Gray is an experienced business and technology development executive.  With over 25 years experience, he has served in various roles in industry, academia, and non-profit development.  His various roles have included:

• Product development and marketing for industrial electronic equipment.
• Creation and management of a state-wide economic and technology development organization
• Startup of several organizations, from small service organizations to a multi-million dollar clean-room facility.
• Program and technology management for a large medical research program.
• Strategic and Business planning for organizations ranging from an international Fortune 500 company to small startup companies, from economic development organizations to academic research teams.
• Director, Statewide quality (performance excellence) organization.

Mr. Gray is trained as an Engineer and an Attorney, and is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the American Bar Association (ABA).  He is also a former Trustee and Officer, Judge, Trainer, and Examiner for the Ohio Partnership for Excellence (OPE) and continues to serve that organization.  He has served the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program as an examiner and senior examiner since 1998 and is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) with the American Society for Quality (ASQ - www.asq.org).
